1. No Refund After Purchase

All purchases made for any of our subscription plans, services, or add-ons are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period of your active plan.

3. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial to evaluate our services before purchasing. We strongly encourage schools to use this trial period to assess the system’s suitability.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial usage

• Accidental purchases

• Inactivity or non-usage

• Technical issues not reported or caused by misuse
